Full delegate fee and Student delegate fee includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and the conference dinner.
The conference dinner is not included in the student reduced fee.
Extra tickets for the conference dinner can be acquired at the cost of 60€.
The accompanying person fee includes welcome reception and conference dinner only.
Rheology course fee includes a lunch and coffee breaks.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory).
Pre-registered delegates who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fees refunded as follows. Written notice of non-attendance has to be sent to the conference secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Before January 20th, 2018: 20% will be charged as a processing fee.
Between January 21st 2018 and February 28th 2018: 50% will be charged as a processing fee.
After March 1st 2018: no refund.
