We believe we can deliver a very cost-effective conference. The registration fee for the conference is fixed at an affordable rate.

Registration Fee (all fees in Euro, VAT included)

Expected Early Bird Registration: Before 10th February 2025

Expected Regular Registration Deadline: 10th March 2025

**For Early bird registration: Including Banquet Diner for delegates, students and accompagying persons.

We have already reached 500 participants for banquet. Limited spots for late registration may be considered on an individual basis.

Cancellations before 1st April AERC 2025 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than 2 April will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable. In case of any further questions with regard to your congress registration please contact us. All payments must be made in Euro at the exchange rate of the day of reception in our account after bank charges.
