Conference fee includes: attendance at all sessions, lunches, coffee, welcome reception and Gala dinner. Information about program can be found here.

Accompanying person fee includes: welcome reception, three lunches and gala dinner.

You can perform payment via bank transfer and credit card. If possible please use bank transfer.

General Registration and Payment Conditions:

• Your registration is completed after you have registered online AND accomplished payment process
• In case of bank transfer payment the confirmation (proof) of the payment (stating your name and Institution) has to be sent to payment.aerc2019@gmail.com
• After the early bird registration date only full fees are accepted.
• Please note that access to Conference activities may become subject to availability in case of late registration.
• One conference fee covers one oral presentation. Total maximal number of submitted contributions is limited to three per fee (1 oral + 2 posters maximum or 3 posters maximum)
• Payment of the conference fee on the spot is NOT POSSIBLE

Payment Conditions

• Payments have to be settled in EURO.
• Payments in any other currency will not be accepted.
• In order to benefit from the lower registration fees, all payments must be received by the relevant early registration deadline
• Accomplishment of registration online without successful payment (in case of bank transfer) within your aspired deadline will automatically lead to an augmentation into the next higher category.
• Admittance to the Conference without receiving the payment fee by 25.3.2019 cannot be guaranteed.
• Payment of the conference fee on the spot is NOT POSSIBLE
• For cancellation of the paid conference fee before 29.3.2019. (end of registration fee acceptance) 60€ margin will be held. After 29.3.2019 50% of the paid conference will be held.

Payment of the Conference fee is possible through Bank Transfer or via credit card:

• If payment is effected for more than one person or by a company, please make sure that all participant names are indicated.
• We strongly recommend not using the bank transfer option after 25.3.2019, especially for bank transfers from foreign countries because bank transfer might not arrive by time prior to the payment deadline.
• After the payment send the Confirmation about the bank transfer to:  payment.aerc2019@gmail.com From the Confirmation (Proof of Payment) it must be clearly stated the name of the participants’ for who the fee is being paid.
