February 28th, 2018: accommodation requests received by Hilton Hotel after that date will be subject to the availability at the hotel. After that date, room rates may also differ from the agreed ones.
March 1st, 2018: oral speakers must pay the registration fee within that date otherwise the paper will be withdrawn.
