Participants are responsible for fulfilling their own visa requirements. Those who need an entry visa are advised to contact the nearest embassy or consulate well in advance and to apply at least 3 months before the conference.
The conference secretariat issues invitation letters confirming a participant’s registration and acceptance of their presentation abstract. Such a letter can be requested during the online registration process or later by contacting us at [e-mail address]. Invitation letters are sent by e-mail only after registration has been successfully completed and the conference fee has been paid.
Please note that the invitation letter does not guarantee a visa or create any financial obligations for the organizers. All related costs remain the responsibility of the participant.
